The Historic New Orleans Collection’s “Uncorked!” symposium spills into a second day, with an optional wine dinner at Tableau. Cap off this weekend of wine appreciation with a five-course menu of French flavors and wine pairings to match. Symposium moderator Jessica B. Harris will enhance the experience with short talks between courses, and guests will sample a slate of Bordeaux selections from event sponsor the Bordeaux Wine Council.
Culinary symposium attendees can attend this optional dinner at the discounted rate of $85 per person. General admission tickets may be purchased for $100 per person. The ticket price includes food, wine, tax, and tip.
