Members of Caillot Circle—HNOC’s membership group for young professionals age 21 to 45—are invited to our annual evening of revelry celebrating the beginning of Carnival season at the annual Joan of Arc parade! Join us as we celebrate Twelfth Night in style from the Williams Research Center, located right on the parade route.
