Yeah you rite! HNOC is excited to celebrate the launch of our highly-anticipated new book, Bunny Matthews: His Life, Art, and Obsessions on September 18, 2026.

In addition to HNOC’s Bunny Day celebration on Saturday, September 19, we are planning a series of events throughout the New Orleans region to commemorate the new publication.

Join authors Alison Fensterstock and Michael Tisserand for an inside look at HNOC’s new book, Bunny Matthews: His Life, Art, and Obsessions.Facilitating their conversation is award-winning journalist Scott Jordan, who has chronicled Louisiana art, music, and culture for decades. Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase a first edition and have it signed by the authors.

Bunny Matthews Archive

In a substantial new acquisition, the archive of a distinctly New Orleans cartoonist comes to HNOC.
