WGNO: VietNOLA 50 Commemorates Arrival of Vietnamese Community in New Orleans

Mai Tran and Sarah Chan Bynum discuss events remembering the 50th anniversary of the fall of Saigon, including HNOC’s “Making It Home” exhibition.

“There are a lot of families [featured] in the exhibit, that shows the progress from beginning of the Versailles [community] to now. So, it’s a great exhibit and we encourage everyone to come and learn about our culture and our history.”
