WWL-TV: New Exhibit Commemorates the 50th Anniversary of the Fall of Saigon

“You realize that [Vietnamese refugees] spent their whole life trying to find a home. When they were children they grew up in Catholic villages in North Vietnam, they were forced to leave when they partitioned the country in 1954, and they eventually had to leave again in ‘75 when Saigon fell . . . . but they found a home in New Orleans.”
